Based on the newspaper comic strip created by Norman Pett in 1932, Edward G. Whiting's The Adventures of Jane is a flatly directed, sexploitative, so-bad-it's-good comic thriller, filled with laughable dialogue, mannered performances, and ridiculous plotting.
